Suicide and Grief
NAMI Illinois has developed a free bereavement package for individuals and families impacted by suicide.
The downloadable resource offers compassionate, practical guidance on topics such as understanding suicide, talking with children, safe suicide messaging, life insurance and suicide, and more.
The package is designed to support healing, reduce isolation, and help survivors navigate the complexities of loss.
